Las Vegas is served by McCarren International Airport. Taxis are readily available and it should cost approximately $20 to travel to the Wynn Encore (an approximately 20 minute drive). Group hotel shuttles are also available, seehttps://www.mccarran.com/Go/
Call for Abstracts
Abstracts should be submitted by February 15th through the abstract submission page. The system will generate a confirmation email for your abstract. Remember, to submit an abstract you must be registered on the website and current with your membership dues.
Functions and Events
Wed Mar 29, 6:30-9pm: Opening Reception at SW Veranda (Wynn hotel)
Thurs Mar 30 at 9:30pm: Beatles Cirque du Soleil show (Mirage hotel)
Friday Mar 31, 6-9pm: Banquet Dinner, Canaletto restaurant (Venetian hotel)
Saturday April 1, 1-6pm (approx): Excursion to Hoover Dam (depart from Wynn hotel). For those going on the Hoover Dam excursion, please gather at 12:45pm at The Wynn Tour and Travel Lobby, located at the south gate of the hotel (off of Sands Avenue).
The conference will conclude by noon on Sunday Apr 2. Business meeting will be held from 10:30-12:00pm.
