The 28th Annual Meeting of ISBN will be held virtually.  The meeting is organized around the central point, the Business meeting at 4PM Eastern Daylight Time (EDT).  It will be 1PM on the West coast (US and Canada), 10 PM in Central Europe, 6 AM (Thursday) in Australia and 8 AM in New Zealand.  We hope that this will enable substantial attendance.   For the scientific program, we will have 15 minute talks, Regular or Work in Progress.    Proposed schedule: 9 AM – 1PM (EDT) – talks 2 hours break 3-4 PM talks 4-5 PM Business meeting 5-8 PM talks   We will plan the presentations according to the time zones of the participants and people can connect and disconnect for individual presentations.    Please pre-register if you intend to participate so that we can estimate the head count.    If you plan to present at the meeting, please submit your abstract here.
