The executive committee is elected by the general members at the business meeting of the annual conference. The term of office will be two years the maximum time any one member can occupy any one executive position is two consecutive terms. The terms of the members of the executive shall be staggered in order to ensure continuity.
At the 2026 meeting, positions will be up for election: Vice-President, Secretary, and one member-at-large.
Nominations for these positions, consisting of the name of the nominee and the names of two members supporting the candidate, should be sent to the Secretary by e-mail by February 10th, 2026. A vote by secret ballot will be conducted at the business meeting.
